Consultant for Training Manual Development

KCSPOG is looking for a consultant to develop a Media/ CSO Training Manual petroleum revenue management and sector specific transparency and accountability reporting more broadly. The said manual should satisfy the following criteria: be Relevant and Outcome-Focused; Simple and Self-Explanatory; Actionable; Case Study Evidence Based; Empirically & Theoretically Informed; Responsive and Forward-Looking; Replicable; and informed by a clear Theory of Change, Teaching Philosophy, Physical and Remote Delivery Strategies and corresponding monitoring and evaluation indicators. The key tasks for the assignment will include: drafting and refining the training manual; stakeholder validation of the training manual; facilitation of media training workshops; and continuous training support and troubleshooting through to project completion.
